Cushman & Wakefield Hotels has been appointed by Ballymore Properties Limited to select an exemplary management company to manage, lease or purchase its 180 room hotel with 24 serviced apartments at the forefront of the mixed-use development at Snow Hill, Birmingham's premier mixed-use development.
Ballymore Properties Limited has been an influential leader in urban development and regeneration for over 20 years. The company focuses its expertise on three key areas: design and build projects, property acquisition and investment handling.
