Cushman & Wakefield/Styles & Riabokobylko, the Russian office of the international
commercial real estate organisation Cushman & Wakefield, has been contracted by Gazprom
Neft Invest, a subsidiary of the Gazprom energy group, to work in an advisory capacity during
the "Gazprom City" construction project in the Russian city of St. Petersburg. This
new business and administration centre will be built on a 70 hectare plot in the historic
region of St. Petersburg. At the heart of Gazprom City will be a new 396 metre high
glass-fronted tower, which will be one of the highest skyscrapers in Europe. Gazprom Neft
intends to establish its new headquarters in Gazprom City.
