Bank One Center Under New Ownership
DALLAS, TX - February 1, 2007 - Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, Inc., the premier commercial
real estate services firm in Dallas, has been selected leasing agent for Bank One Center, the
1.5 million square-foot trophy office tower recently purchased by Metropolitan Real Estate
Investors, LLP. The high rise, prominently located at 1717 Main in the Dallas Central Business
District (CBD), will be represented by Don Dowell and Tracy Fults in the marketing and leasing
of the property. "We are excited to represent Metropolitan Real Estate Investors and one

Bank One Center was designed by the prestigious team of Philip Johnson and John Burgee
Architects of New York and constructed in 1987. The building sits on a 1.8 acre block in the
center of the Dallas CBD. Major tenants currently occupying office space in the 60-story Bank
One Center include Chase Bank, Hughes & Luce, Marsh USA & Mercer Human Resources,
Andrews Kurth and Grant Thornton.
