Cushman & Wakefield further expands its presence in South America

Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) has further strengthened its presence in the South American real estate market and now has outright ownership of the SEMCO Group. A twelve-year strong partnership existed between C&W and the Group in which C&W previously owned 80 % of the shares.
In addition to its registered office in São Paolo, the SEMCO Group also has offices in Rio de Janeiro, Manaus and Buenos Aires as well as partners in Chile, Venezuela, Colombia, Peru and Ecuador. C&W South America now employs more than 2,300 people in the region.
In the last two years, C&W has taken over the leading real estate advisory companies in Canada, Russia and Mexico.
