Group
In a move to expand its investment sales platform, Cushman &
Wakefield’s Southern California Capital Markets Group announced today that Jeffrey W.
Cole and Richard B. Putnam have joined four of the firm’s leading U.S. Investment Sales
professionals - Marc Renard, David Hasbrouck, Richard Plummer and Steve Algermissen – to
become part of the six-partner core investment transaction team. They have been named
Executive Directors. Based in the firm’s Orange County office, Putnam and Cole will
focus on Southern California and West Coast markets executing office and industrial
transactions for both institutional and private clients.
Cushman & Wakefield’s recently formed Southern California Capital
Markets Group will draw on the collective expertise of the firm’s leading U.S. Investment
Sales professionals. The strategy is to consolidate superior resources and experience
within a single group to provide clients with seamless access to the best investment expertise
the company has to offer across all property types and markets. Having completed more
than $1 billion worth of transactions in 2006, Putnam and Cole will further strengthen this
elite group.
“The addition of Jeff and Rick is very exciting for our firm, given their

our team with a superior platform from which to offer clients the full range of investment
services,” said Putnam.
"In today's increasingly complex and fast-paced business environment,
investment sales brokerage teams must be able to provide a comprehensive platform that draws
upon many areas of expertise in order to most effectively and efficiently add value for
clients,” says Marc Renard, managing director of the group. “Rick and Jeff
have been a leading institutional investment team in the Southern California market for many
years. Their expertise will be an invaluable addition to our group and a tremendous
resource for our clients.”
