Cushman & Wakefield Of Oregon Hires Katherine Hill To Lead Client Solutions Group

Cushman & Wakefield of Oregon, Inc. announced today that it has hired Katherine Hill as director to lead the firm’s client solutions group. As director, Hill will oversee and provide client services such as business consulting, strategic account management and property management, among others.

Hill brings 16 years of real estate and management expertise to the firm.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Hill served as manager of real estate for PacifiCorp’s corporate portfolio. There, she was responsible for managing property management teams in Oregon and Utah as well as managing real estate transactions, leasing, property/asset management and sales in the Western Region. Prior to that, Hill served as the national production manager for Redwood Commercial Funding (REIT) in Reno, Nevada. Before Redwood Commercial Funding, Hill served as the director of leasing and property management for The Ribeiro Companies, also located in Nevada.

Hill received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. Hill is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a Certified Property Manager candidate.
