Steve Baker, a senior director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Stamford office, was
presented with the firm’s New York Area “Service Excellence” and “Gold
Production” Awards for outstanding client service and 2006 production achievement, the
company announced today.
Mr. Baker, a 19-year veteran of Cushman & Wakefield, represents both tenants and
landlords in Fairfield and Westchester Counties. He was presented the Cushman & Wakefield
service award for outstanding achievement in the pursuit of business performance excellence and
total client satisfaction. The Gold Production award was presented to Mr. Baker as the top
grossing brokerage professional in the senior director category. He received the honor at the
firm’s New York Area achievement awards reception held on March 7 in Manhattan.

Mr. Baker was a recipient of Cushman & Wakefield’s Service Excellence award in
2000 and has consistently been one of the firm’s top 100 producing brokerage
professionals nationally. For the past eight years he has served on the Board of Domus, a
social services agency in Stamford, where he is vice president.
Mr. Baker’s represented clients include UBS, Terex Corp., Crane Co., Honeywell,
George Comfort & Sons, State of Florida, 750 East Main Street Associates, LLC.
Mr. Baker and his family reside in Rowayton, Connecticut.
