Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the sale of a 30 acre propertylocated at Falkenburg Road and Progress Boulevard in Riverview, Florida for $5,646,669. The buyer is FCD Development, LLC. Up to 125,000 sf of retail and 30,000 sf of office space will be developed on the property.
