    Cushman & Wakefield negotiated a 9,836 square foot office sublease at Plaza Tower at 1111 Second Avenue NE located in St. Petersburg, Florida, for Sterling Research Group, Inc.  The Sublandlord is Cherry, Bekaert & Holland.  The Sterling Research Group is a full-service market research and consulting firm headquartered in St. Petersburg, Florida.

    Senior Directors Jim Paladino and John Fish of Cushman & Wakefield negotiated this transaction on behalf of the subtenant, Sterling Research Group, Inc.
