Cushman & Wakefield today announced that Timothy D’Addabbo, a Director in the
firm’s Hartford office, has been promoted to Senior Director. D’Addabbo
joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1995 and during his tenure, he has been involved in over 30
million square feet in transactions valued at nearly $1 Billion.
“Tim has consistently delivered value for our clients and our firm,” said

At Cushman & Wakefield, D’Addabbo has concentrated his efforts on representing
tenants and landlords on both acquisition and disposition of manufacturing, distribution and
industrial space. He is credited annually with many of Central Connecticut’s
largest industrial transactions.
In addition to serving Cushman & Wakefield with distinction, Mr. D’Addabbo has
also been recognized as a “Power Broker” by CoStar Group, Inc., and Real Estate
Forum Magazine. He and his team have also been recognized over the years with various
Pinnacle Awards which are given annually by the Greater Hartford Association or
Realtors.
D’Addabbo is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with degrees in both
Political Science and History. Tim has fifteen years of experience in industrial real estate,
starting with his tenure at The Traveler’s Real Estate Investment Company and later with
Colliers Dow & Condon. He is a member of the Greater Hartford Association of Realtors
and serves on the Board of the Commercial Council for that Association.
Mr. D’Addabbo lives in Kensington with his wife Polly, four year old son Sam and one
year old daughter Emma.
