First Financial Title Agency Of Arizona To Relocate Headquarters To One Camelback

Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona, Inc. has negotiated the corporate headquarters relocation of First Financial Title Agency of Arizona to One Camelback, located at the southwest corner of Central Avenue and Camelback Road.

The firm will be consolidating two offices now operating in Midtown and the Camelback Corridor. First Financial Title Agency leased 17,294 square feet in the mid-rise building. The firm's corporate offices, accounting operations and other administrative services will be located on the 2nd floor. There will also be a branch office situated on the ground floor off the main lobby.

Plans call for First Financial Title Agency to take occupancy of the branch location in September. The majority of the company's relocation will take place in January 2006.

"One Camelback seemed to be a perfect fit in all aspects for First Financial," said Tim Whittemore with Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona, Inc. "It allows them to consolidate two separate locations into one central location while providing them with headquarters space on an entire floor and accommodating a lobby branch location."

Tim Whittemore and Mike Sayre of Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona, Inc. serve as exclusive leasing agents for One Camelback and represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Cushman & Wakefield also serves as on-site property managers for the building. Ryan Parker of Capital Investors Realty, LLC represented First Financial Title Agency of Arizona in the lease negotiations.
