The C&W/H&B Czech team has grown by 20 per cent from 53 to 64 people since the beginning of this year.

"The Czech real estate market is experiencing growth in many sectors, and as the markets mature, there is an ever increasing demand for world-class advice," says Jonathan Hallett, Managing Partner at C&W/H&B Prague. "Our recruitment policy offers fresh graduates with a great potential to grow and become part of a market leading team in the Czech real estate industry," adds Hallett.

She likes to spend her leisure time salsa dancing.

Ivana Roudná and Vít Svoboda also joined the team a short while ago. Lichtensteinová replaces Marta Kotrbáčkova who goes on maternity leave in the beginning of August.

Pavel Skřivánek is a new addition to the office team. He will focus on office leasing. Skřivánek has graduated from the University of Economics in Prague. He will be responsible for the management of properties throughout the Czech Republic. Brabec speaks English and likes diving and photography.

The new reinforcements also include Daniel Kubizňák, whose arrival has enlarged the industrial agency team to eight members; Martin Kotrbáček, who has become the fifth staff member in the investment section; Jaroslava Pražáková, who has joined the property valuation team; Adriána Čisovská, a new accountant at C&W/H&B, and František Gregor, a new IT specialist.

"I am glad to see new people joining us to help strengthen all the market segments. We have hand-picked our new colleagues from a large number of candidates. Each individual brings a different perspective to the team and it is this wider perspective that we seek to harness as a firm. I am looking forward to welcoming further new faces by the year end," says Jonathan Hallett.

C&W/H&B regularly receives awards for its personnel policy and places great emphasis on employee development. This year the firm has secured a place in the "100 Best Companies to Work For" ranking. The ranking is organised by the UK newspaper "The Sunday Times", and C&W/H&B has been included for the second consecutive year. Scores in the ranking are calculated based on a survey (using questionnaires) amongst randomly selected employees from different sectors.

The company was also declared one of the 41 Superbrands of the Czech Republic in June 2005. In the UK, C&W / H&B has repeatedly won the "Investor in People" awards over previous years.
