Cadbury Schweppes Appoints C&W/H&B As Preferred Global Real Estate Adviser

The Group Property Department of global beverages and confectionery company Cadbury Schweppes PLC, has appointed Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker (C&W/H&B) as its preferred global real estate services provider.
C&W/H&B has worked with Cadbury Schweppes since 2003 alongside two other real estate advisers on a number of projects. Cadbury Schweppes recently took the decision to retain a sole provider for the majority of its worldwide portfolio, which covers 53 countries.
The C&W/H&B team headed by Michael Creamer and Tim Carnegie will be based in London. The range of services provided by C&W/H&B will comprise transaction management, strategic consulting, data management, valuation/due diligence and lease advise.
Commenting on the appointment, Robin Worthington, Head of Group Property for Cadbury Schweppes said: "Having worked closely with C&W/H&B over the past couple of years we are confident that their team, their global platform and their drive to deliver exceptional service makes them the right choice for us and I look forward to working with them on this new basis."
