Aligned with its ongoing strategy to become market leader in Central London, Cushman &
Wakefield Healey & Baker (C&W/H&B) has recruited William Jackson as a Partner to
head its Central London Development Team and Zoe Bignell to be the Partner responsible for
development in the West End working alongside Guy Taylor, C&W/H&B's Partner responsible
for West End Office Agency. Bignell will be joined by Alistair Martin as Senior Surveyor,
and shall continue to specialise in development agency, management and consultancy.
C&W/H&B has also announced that it is seeking to recruit a City development
specialist to be part of the integrated Central London team.
Jackson, formerly National Coordinator for Agency and Development at DTZ, joined the company
as part of the Bernard Thorpe team. Jackson and Bignell have worked together for some years on
projects including the BBC's White City and Broadcasting House schemes. Alistair Martin
was previously with Telereal prior to joining DTZ.
