Cushman & Wakefield Awarded Downtown Leasing Assignment

Harrison Square Taps Team of Carnese, Deurwaarder, and Usher

Cushman & Wakefield, the world's largest privately held real estate services firm, announced today it has been awarded the exclusive leasing agency for Harrison Square in downtown Portland.

Mark Carnese, Doug Deurwaarder, and Tom Usher of Cushman & Wakefield of Oregon will be marketing the building on behalf of Oregon Pacific Capital Management. Harrison Square, located at 1800 SW First Avenue and Naito Parkway, has over 48,000 square feet of available office space in the six story building.

"This building has great space, a higher than average parking ratio, and it's so close to the waterfront," according to Deurwaarder, one of the brokers on the assignment. "Premium space is hard to find in downtown."

Built in 1972, Harrison Square is home to Extensis, HMH, and Oregon Pacific Capital Management to name a few.
