In the Investment Broker of the Year category, the GCFD has recognized Brian Nagle, Paul Lundstedt and John Gavin; Britt Casey and his team are finalists in the Industrial Broker of the Year division.

Widely recognized as one of the industry's top capital markets teams, Brian, Paul and John successfully completed 13 major transactions in the Chicago area alone during 2005, totaling more than 4.1 million square feet with an aggregate value of $613.3 million. The impressive results underscore the sophistication and creativity of these brokerage professionals and their ability to source and execute capital transactions in this competitive marketplace.

Britt and his team earned their place at the table by completing 26 sale, lease and build-to-suit deals last year, with an aggregate value of more than $95 million. Moreover, in several cases, the complexities of these transactions required a level of knowledge and skill possessed by only the best commercial real estate professionals.

Winners of the 18th Annual Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards will be announced at a dinner ceremony on March 16, 2006, at the Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers in downtown Chicago.
