C&W Negotiates $1.1 Million Warehouse Disposition In Sanford

Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) announced the sale of 325 Rand Yard Road, a 9,000 square foot building on 6 acres in Sanford. The property was purchased by Seminole Farms Trust IV for $1,096,434 or $121.83 per square foot.

Allison Reynolds, Associate Director of industrial brokerage services, in C&W's Orlando office represented the seller, Tampa Bay Vending Inc., in the transaction. The buyer was internally represented.
