Trane, Inc. Leases 16,200 sf In Daytona Beach

The Orlando office of Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) announced that Trane, a division of American Standard Corporation, leased 16,200 sf at a new, under construction industrial facility located at 970 N. Clyde Morris Boulevard in Daytona Beach.

Susan Ruby, Director of industrial brokerage services with C&W's Orlando office, represented the tenant and Ron Frederick, with R&B Landhold represented the landlord.
