  • Cushman & Wakefield Expands Valuation Services With North Carolina Operation

    Cushman & Wakefield (C&W), the world's largest privately held real estate services firm, today announced that Jetton Valuation Group, one of North Carolina's leading full service appraisal firms, has joined their existing North Carolina operation.  Jetton Valuation Group has been owned and operated by Mr. E. Cody Jetton who will now be a managing director with Cushman & Wakefield's Valuation Services Group, Capital Markets Group.

    This strategic move will allow Cushman & Wakefield to significantly expand its market penetration with 12 valuation professionals serving North Carolina. Jetton Valuation Group's core capabilities are commercial real estate appraisals, market and feasibility studies, and consulting for office, retail, industrial, undeveloped land and multifamily, including apartments and for-sale condominiums. Further strengthening Cushman & Wakefield's service capabilities in North and South Carolina, the firm continues to grow its brokerage services business with Commercial Carolina Corporation, a member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance. C&W currently employs five valuation services professionals who are domiciled in the Commercial Carolina Raleigh and Charlotte offices. 

    Over the last two years, C&W has provided appraisal or consulting services for more than 600 properties located in North Carolina and South Carolina with a combined value of more than $7.9 billion.
