Five Brokerage Professionals Earn Advancement
Five brokerage professionals in the Dallas office of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, Inc.
have received promotions announced by parent company Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. from its
World Headquarters in New York. Among the promotions were Bill McClung, named Executive
Vice President; Tom Salanty, named Executive Director; Andrea Peskind, named Executive
Director; and Matt Heidelbaugh, named Senior Director.

Mr. McClung, a Cushman & Wakefield National Top-100 in 2005, becomes the second highest
ranked brokerage professional in the Dallas branch. Bob Edge, who hired Mr. McClung at
Cushman & Wakefield 28 years ago, is a Vice Chairman in the firm. Among his many
recent accomplishments, Mr. McClung was a Stemmons Award finalist in 2005 for the third time in
his career. Having represented both tenants and landlords, Mr. McClung has successfully
negotiated leases totaling more than 9 million square feet. He was previously an
executive director.
Mr. Salanty, also a Cushman & Wakefield National Top-100 in 2005, is a member of the
firm's Capital Markets Group, specializing in retail investment sales. He recently
completed one of the most successful years of dispositions in his 20-year career in commercial
real estate, closing 10 transactions throughout the southwest, valued at more than $138
million. Mr. Salanty was previously a senior director.
Ms. Peskind specializes in office investment sales for the Capital Markets Group.
Since 1992, she has been involved in transactions comprising 22 million square feet, valued at
more than $2 billion. Ms. Peskind was previously a senior director.
Mr. Heidelbaugh is a member of the firm's Transaction Services Group. He specializes
in office tenant representation and has participated in transactions totaling more than 20
million square feet during his eleven years with Cushman & Wakefield. In 2005, Mr.
Heidelbaugh led the brokerage team that was awarded Deal of the Year in the Dallas branch for
representing Fluor in its Global Headquarters relocation. He was previously a
director.
In addition to the aforementioned advancements, Noel Hutcheson was promoted to Associate
Director.
