Cushman & Wakefield Completes 334,464 sf Industrial Expansion Deal For S&S Activewear

Rapidly growing sportswear distributor doubles space to accommodate new lines
Cushman & Wakefield of Illinois, Inc., negotiating on behalf of S & S Activewear, has completed a 10-year deal in Bolingbrook for 334,464 square feet that more than doubles the company's sports apparel distribution space.
C&W Senior Director Britt Casey negotiated on behalf of S&S Activewear. J. D. Salazar and Richard M. Antczak of Champion Realty Advisors, LLC represented the ownership of 581 Territorial Drive, ProLogis.
The cross-docked facility, located 25 miles southwest of Chicago at the Remington Lakes Business Park, offers 30-foot clearance, 72 dock doors and on-site parking for 102 trailers. Located one mile from I-55, Remington Lakes offers excellent freeway access. Additionally, the Park is just 13 miles north of I-80, one of the most traveled east-west corridors across the United States.
Mr. Casey has represented S&S Activewear exclusively through a series of expansions that has seen its distribution operation grow from a 40,000-square-foot space in Addison, IL to its current size of 334,464 square feet. Most recently, the firm occupied 163,000 square feet at 2 Gateway Court in Bolingbrook.
