Cushman & Wakefield Secures 70,000 Square Foot Lease For Mobile Satellite Ventures

Cushman & Wakefield recently represented Mobile Satellite Ventures, LP in the execution of a lease at Parkridge I, 10800 Parkridge Boulevard in Reston, Virginia. The agreement, an expansion and extension for the technology firm, represents 70,094 square feet of space. Mobile Satellite Ventures, LP develops satellite-cellular communications networks for clients throughout North America.
