New Associates at C&W/H&B Portugal

Global real estate consultant Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker (C&W/H&B) announced today that Elisabete Costa, Simon Longhurst and Ricardo Valente have been promoted to become European Associates of the firm.
Elisabete Costa, who works in the Valuations department, joined Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker in 2001 and is qualified as a Civil Engineer. Elisabete is currently studying for an MBA in Real Estate Sciences at the Valencia University in Spain.
Simon Longhurst is Head of Project Management for Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker in Portugal. The department provides interior design and project management services for national and international retail and office clients as BMW, Yves Saint Laurent, Motorola, Footlocker and Aldo. Simon has an HND in Construction and an Honours Degree in Surveying (Quantity Surveyor RICS).
Ricardo joined Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker in 2004 and has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, Lisbon. Ricardo is involved in setting up and supervising the management of a number of important properties in and around Lisbon.
Currently, the Lisbon office of C&W/H&B has 6 associates - Carlos Oliveira (Office Agency), Isabella Jurado-Blanco (Retail), Sandra Campos (Retail), Elisabete Costa, Simon Longhurst and Ricardo Valente.
