Cushman & Wakefield Names Sigrid Zialcita as Regional Head of Research Services, Asia Pacific

Cushman & Wakefield announced today the appointment of Sigrid Zialcita as Managing Director, Research Services for Cushman & Wakefield in Asia Pacific, based in Singapore. Sigrid has transferred from Cushman & Wakefield in the U.S., where she was the Director of Research for the Mid-Atlantic region.
In her new position, Sigrid is responsible for establishing and leading a regional research group that tracks, reports and provides thought leadership across Asia Pacific. In addition, Sigrid will be leading the Asia research teams to create micro and macro-economic market reports and publications about the region.

With Cushman & Wakefield in U.S., Sigrid was responsible for conducting both primary and secondary research related to fostering business relationships; gathering, maintaining, and forecasting a variety of economic and real estate metrics; tracking local real estate markets; and, the creation of real estate research products/services for internal and external clients, including quarterly and year-end reports. She also served as head of the analysis team within the Cushman & Wakefield national research services, overseeing the forecast of over 90 CBD and suburban markets that C&W tracks in the U.S., and managing multi-family research-related activities for the U.S.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Sigrid worked for the National Association of Realtors as a Senior Economist and also with PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Research Associate for their Hospitality & Leisure, Financial Advisory Services Group.
Sigrid has a Masters in Economics from The Pennsylvania State University and is a 2010 candidate of Masters in Business Administration at Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management.
