C&W new industrial website devoted to industrial real estates

C&W launches a modernised web site at www.slovak-industrial.sk at the beginning of June 2011. The web site offers a new, convenient way of locating industrial property all over the territory of Slovakia. Using a Google map, it is possible to identify various storage and manufacturing premises, small business units as well as industrial plots of land, which are either to let or for sale.

A new form has also been applied to the processing of statistical data about the development of the industrial market. The monitored data cover the following information: take-up, supply, vacancy, the total existing space, and the developers market share on the take-up over a certain period of time. The statistical surveys are broken down into categories in order to show the data both for Slovakia, and for Central Europe.
