C&W expands its Capital Markets team

Ivo Suchomel (28) has joined the Capital Markets team at Cushman & Wakefield. He joins as Investment Surveyor and will be advising clients on investment transactions in retail assets in the Czech Republic.
Ivo comes from CBRE Global Investors (ex. ING REIM) with international experience in asset management, commercial leasing and key account management. He worked in the Dutch and Polish offices of CBRE Global Investors/ ING REIM since 2010. Before, Ivo worked for UBS Global Real Estate in Amsterdam.
Ivo Suchomel has graduated from University of Amsterdam as Master´s in Real Estate Finance in 2009. He obtained his Bachelor title in International Business at the University of Economics in Prague in 2007.
Ivo likes sports – namely marathons, triathlons, ice hockey and tennis. He founded and managed the Ice Hockey Team of the University of Economics in Prague during his studies. Ivo speaks Czech, Dutch and English.
