Bio-pharma company extends and expands its rental agreement in Martinsried

Through the agency of Cushman and Wakefield, Gilead Sciences GmbH has extended its rental agreement for approx. 1,450 sqm of office space – and extended it by an additional 475 sqm. The bio-pharmaceutical company, which researches, develops and markets innovative therapeutics, is staying at its base on Fraunhoferstraße 17, 82152 Martinsried.
The location in Munich, which has existed since 1991, is responsible for distribution, marketing and customer support in Germany.
The landlord is Immo Kapitalanlage AG.
