Academic Incubators of Entrepreneurship foundation (AIP) has signed lease agreement for
office space at Heritage Gates in Wrocław. It will locate its fifth branch – AIP Business Link.
Cushman & Wakefield, the world’s largest privately owned real estate services firm,
represented the tenant in the lease transaction.
AIP Business Link is the country’s leading business growth accelerator, creating a group of
top companies in the key business cities in Poland. The aim of this platform, which is part of
the foundation of Entrepreneurial Poland, is to develop an extensive network tailored to boost
the growth of 1,000 most innovative firms. AIP Business Link provides administrative, legal and
accounting support as well as offers contacts to renowned entrepreneurs.
Heritage Gates is located at 28-31 Rzeźnicza street in Wroclaw, 100 m from the city’s main
square. The building was constructed in 1900 and is listed on the Register of Architecture and
Building Engineering Monuments. The refurbishment of the building comprising renovation of its
façade, courtyard and interiors was completed in August. Heritage Gates meets standards of
modern commercial properties, with ground floor and basement retail and services accommodation
(a total of 1,025 sq m) and upper office floors (nearly 2,200 sq m).
AIP Business Link will move to Heritage Gates at the end of 2012 / early 2013. It will take
around 670 sq m of office space.
