Eurosoft, the company offering personal protective equipment, has leased more than 4,000 sq
m of space in MLP Tychy warehouse complex. Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real
estate services firm, represented the developer, MLP Group in the transaction.
Eurosoft provides professional protective equipment including workwear and protective
clothing, height safety equipment and tailored services in automotive, heavy industry,
chemicals, power generation and petrochemical market segments. The company has been active on
the Polish market since 1992; since 2008 as a subsidiary of ITURRI SA. The group serves around
9,660 clients across four continents. It operates from 25 offices across the world, including
Brazil, Chile, China, Germany, Morocco, Portugal, Spain and the UK.
MLP Tychy is a modern production and warehouse complex, offering also office and social
space. The space can be customised to suit the specific clients’ needs. The facility is located
in the Tyska Subzone, part of the Katowice Special Economic Zone, at the junction of the
national road no. 44 and the international route no. E75, in direct proximity to a Fiat plant
in Tychy.

Eurosoft will occupy 3,832 sq m of warehouse space as well as 200 sq m of office and social
space in building C1, the last to be developed within the park. The tenant plans to move in
Q2/Q3 2013. Eurosoft is based in Bielsko-Biała.
