Eqwater building in Paris region to host Louis Berger company

The company Louis Berger, subsidiary of Berger Group Holding - BGHi, one of the largest consulting firms in the world, leaving its offices in Paris to install on 2,100 sq.m. within Eqwater building, located in the business district of Issy-les-Moulineaux (Paris region).
Owned by Deka Immobilien and managed by Balzac Reim Eqwater, Eqwater is a reference building in terms of energy performance, thanks to its dual labels HQE / THPE.
In this transaction, Keops-Colliers International was council of the tenant and Cushman & Wakefield council of the landlords.
