Douglas Fine And Thomas Parker Join Cushman & Wakefield

Firm’s Los Angeles West Office Expands Brokerage Services

Cushman & Wakefield is pleased to announce that Douglas A. Fine and Thomas J. Parker, both from Studley, have joined the firm’s Los Angeles West office as Directors, Brokerage Services.

“Doug and Tom are among the brightest young real estate professionals in Southern California,” says Eric Olofson, executive vice president and managing broker of Cushman & Wakefield’s Los Angeles West office. “They are joining a dynamic team of the best commercial real estate professionals on the Westside and will be a tremendous resource for our clients.”

Mr. Fine brings more than ten years of tenant representation experience to Cushman & Wakefield. He was previously with Studley as an associate director where he specialized in representing tenants in West Los Angeles, South Bay and the San Fernando Valley. In the course of his career, Mr. Fine has developed a philosophy that builds long-term business relationships, and has implemented an integrated approach to assembling Studley’s real estate Core Delivery Team. Mr. Fine received his Bachelor of Science degree in business from California State University at Northridge.

Mr. Parker brings approximately ten years of commercial real estate experience to Cushman & Wakefield. He was previously with Studley as an assistant director specializing in tenant representation throughout West Los Angeles, the San Fernando Valley and the South Bay. Prior to Studley, he spent three years at Insignia/ESG in the Century City office. Mr. Parker received his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and general business from the University of Arizona. He has served as a volunteer at the Cedars-Sinai Sports Spectacular in support of their Medical Genetics Birth Defects Center for five years.
