Bedecarré is an Associate at Cushman & Wakefield, the leading global private commercial
real estate firm. Justin works on the top producing office leasing team at C&W San
Francisco, primarily represents tenants and specializes in significant transactions in the
acquisition and disposition of office space for major law firms, corporations, financial
institutions, and professional firms. Justin also works with small businesses and start-ups in
San Francisco to streamline real estate to reach their bottom line, whether it is a start-up
modeled to grow or a small business driven by long term stability.

include Wells Fargo Bank, O'Melveny & Myers, Marsh & McLennan, Delta Dental, Townsend
& Townsend, Bank of America, Citigroup, Looksmart, BCCI Construction, KBM Workspace, East

Justin
is the co-founder of the Bay Area Commercial Real Estate Blog (bayareacomre.wordpress.com), a
new blog with developing stories and analysis covering local and global commercial real estate
news, "green" building and social media.
Justin

He is an active member of CoreNet Global, helped establish the Cushman & Wakefield CFO

participates in the Young Leaders Group, an organization that brings together
C&W colleagues.
While
studying political science and economics at the University of California, Berkeley, Justin was
an active member of Beta Theta Pi fraternity and a mentor at Washington Elementary School. He
currently sits on the alumni board of Beta Theta Pi.
