Based in Atlanta, Sam Hollis, Ken Ashley, and Sarah Momberg specialize in commercial real estate advisory and transaction services. Sam Hollis

Sam Hollis is a senior partner with the practice group and leads its transaction efforts, overall strategy, and business development.

Ken Ashley is a senior partner with the practice group and is a responsible for creating new relationships, and delivering integrated real estate solutions to corporate tenants on a national basis.

Sarah Momberg joined the team in 2010 and provides transaction and lease analysis along with client account management.

  • Ken Ashley

    As an advocate and advisor for companies who lease or own real estate, Mr. Ashley has worked for over 15 years to help business leadership translate business strategy into real estate solutions that helps not only cut cost but boost profits.  He believes that real estate can enable high level business performance and, when properly executed, serve to differentiate smart companies from their competition.  Mr. Ashley has assisted clients in procuring more than 30 million square feet of real estate.  He applies a strategic, yet common sense approach to delivering results oriented solutions to clients. This approach allows C&W to develop long-term consultative relationships focused on a high level real estate strategy rather than simply finding space and negotiating a transaction from a limited one-time perspective.

    Community

    Mr. Ashley, an Eagle Scout, serves on the Board of Directors of the Atlanta Area Council of the Boy Scouts and is also one of 20 members of their National Properties Committee.  He is a recipient of the Silver Beaver Award, the highest award a local council can bestow upon a volunteer.  Mr. Ashley also serves on the Board of Governors for the City Club of Buckhead. He attends Alpharetta First United Methodist Church where he serves on the Nominating committee. He and his wife, and four children reside in the Atlanta suburb of Dunwoody.

  • Samuel Hollis Jr.

    Sam Hollis joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1987 where he is a Senior Director and shareholder of the firm.  He is a senior partner in a four person commercial real estate advisory practice within Cushman & Wakefield’s Brokerage Services Group.  Mr. Hollis and his team focus on advising users of commercial real estate through the development and execution of creative strategies that are aligned with and support the business objectives of the client. 

    Mr. Hollis has lead his clients through a variety of real estate assignments both in Atlanta and throughout the country including space acquisition and disposition, land acquisition and disposition, build to suits, and the restructuring of leases.  Specialties include tenant representation and mission critical facilities.  Mr. Hollis works with both local and regional clients based in Atlanta and with corporate clients that have a national and international presence.  The hallmark of Mr. Hollis’ success has been his commitment to his client relationships as a trusted advisor and to all aspects of their needs, whether large or small. 

    A 1983 graduate of Washington & Lee University, Mr. Hollis is a member of C&W’s Mission Critical Practice Group, CoreNet Atlanta (Commercial Real Estate’s leading organization), and has completed numerous CCIM courses.

    Mr. Hollis serves on the Board of Directors of the A.G. Rhodes Health & Rehad Center, is a member and Usher at St. Philips Cathedral, is past President of the Washington & Lee Atlanta Alumni Association, a past Board Member of the Piedmont Driving Club, and was chair of the Lovett School Annual Fund campaign.  Other charity involvement includes the Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation, Atlanta Charity Clays, the Woodruff Arts Center, and the Shepherd Clinic.

  • Sarah Momberg

    Sarah Momberg is an Associate in Cushman & Wakefield’s Brokerage Services Group and has been with the company since 2007.  Her team specializes in commercial real estate advisory and transaction management.  Ms. Momberg provides tenant representation and consultation services to national and local clients.

    Prior to joining the Transaction Services Group, Ms. Momberg worked for Cushman & Wakefield’s Client Solutions and Apartment Services Groups where she assisted in the management and leasing of over 15.4 million SF of office and industrial properties and the sale of over $3.1 billion in multi-family housing properties. She utilized her financial, analytical, and marketing skills to determine property values and produce various marketing materials.

    Ms. Momberg graduated from the University of Florida in 2007. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Food & Resource Economics with a concentration in Agribusiness Management & Marketing.
