Bradford F. Rogers is a leading real estate executive with over 22 years industry experience and a 12-year veteran of Cushman & Wakefield. Mr. Rogers is a senior member of C&W’s Capital Markets Group with a defined expertise in the sale of investment-grade and corporate real estate. Based in Silicon Valley, Mr. Rogers is a partner on the Ingwers/Rogers Investment Sales team. Over the past five years the team has completed more than $1.55 Billion in property sales representing both corporate and institutional clients including the Hewlett-Packard Company, Symantec Corporation, AT&T, General Electric, TIAA-CREF, MetLife, Prudential Real Estate Investors, Principal Global Investors and others.
Capital Markets Group | Corporate Disposition Practice
Mr. Rogers is a founding member of C&W’s Corporation Disposition Practice, a strategic initiative within the Capital Markets Group. This national practice group leverages the C&W platform and provides corporate clients an institutional approach to selling their real estate assets. Mr. Rogers has oversight of activities for this program throughout the Western United States. Key capabilities of the practice group include the development and implementation of national transaction programs, the sale of surplus assets, short and long-term sale/leasebacks and other structured solutions. The team employs a sophisticated, detailed and process-driven approach to each corporate transaction to ensure it meets the key objectives for every client.
Capital Markets Group | Investment Sales
Located in the dynamic San Francisco Bay Area, Mr. Rogers and his partner Rick Ingwers are one of the most active Investment Sales teams in the region. The Ingwers/Rogers team is one of the most productive sales teams in the region and has a proven ability to execute transactions across multiple product types including Office, Office/R&D, Industrial, Retail and Land. Their team was the top performing Northern California Investment Sales team for Cushman & Wakefield in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009. Mr. Rogers has significant expertise in the area of strategic asset evaluation, financial analysis, market analysis, property underwriting and the development of comprehensive marketing programs designed to meet his client’s objectives. He was honored by the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers (ASVB) as their top Investment Broker of the year in 2009.
Prior to joining the Capital Markets Group, Mr. Rogers was part of the Strategic Account Management team within C&W’s Client Solutions group. This group serves as a strategic partner to corporate clients by providing integrated global real estate services including sophisticated brokerage and transaction management services. Select clients he provided leadership and/or support to include Expedia.com, Sanmina-SCI Corporation, Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc., AT&T, Sears, DHL, Exponent, Informix Software and others. During his tenure in Client Solutions, he was presented with the Northern California Client Solutions Professional of the Year award in 2000.
Before joining C&W, Brad spent nearly 10 years in the Valuation & Advisory and Consulting field specializing in the analysis and valuation of commercial, industrial, retail and special-use properties. During this time, he held various positions at The Rogers Group, Arthur Andersen & Co. and Laventhol & Horwath. Mr. Rogers has been active within the CoreNet Global organization, is a member of the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California. He is a life member of the USC General Alumni Association and past board member of the USC Alumni Association - San Joaquin Valley Chapter.
