Our building consultancy team provides construction-related advice across a wide range of
property types. We are a "one-stop construction shop" incorporating a broad spectrum
of specialist skills from across the firm.
We carry out technical audits of development proposals and monitor the construction stage of
the works. We also act as contract administrators during repairs, redecoration and
refurbishment schemes, and undertake building surveys of all types of buildings. We prepare and
negotiate dilapidations claims on behalf of both landlords and tenants, prepare fire insurance
reinstatement cost estimates, approve plans submitted by lessees and inspect work in
progress.
Our team can act independently and confidentially from other teams if required.
Who should use our services
Working with owners, occupiers and investors, our expertise is concentrated on relocations,
refurbishments and consultancy advice, ranging from due diligence to exit strategy. With a
network of due diligence specialists across Europe, we are able to undertake surveys of
individual buildings or entire portfolios anywhere within the EMEA region.
How we can help
Our building surveys are tailor-made to meet your specific requirements and to ensure the right
team of specialists is appointed, whether you are an investor, occupier or owner requiring
vendor surveys. We have expertise in large portfolios across the world and in sale &
leaseback arrangements.
If your interest forms part of an ongoing development, our team will ensure that the
construction is monitored on your behalf to assess the specification, quality, cost, programme
and compliance with your specific requirements.
Whether you are improving the property or as part of ongoing property management, our team of
specialists will ensure that the process is planned, designed and managed with the aim of
keeping within programme and budget.
