Residential Development
The Residential Development specialty practice group conducts valuation and consultation services relating to residential development property. The group is extensively involved with assets around the nation. Analyses and methodology include the most current and applicable to that employed by market participants in investment, acquisition and disposition decisions, which may include sophisticated builder and developer down residual cash flow analyses. The team incorporates end-user pricing trends (i.e. lot or home prices), absorption trends, costs, supply, demand, and other factors affecting the residential development marketplace, which is then integrated to quantify and substantiate valuation and sensitivity modeling.
