The Residential Development specialty practice group conducts valuation and consultation services relating to residential development property.  The group is extensively involved with assets around the nation. Analyses and methodology include the most current and applicable to that employed by market participants in investment, acquisition and disposition decisions, which may include sophisticated builder and developer down residual cash flow analyses.
