Valuation Advisory
Valuation Advisory is a core element of our consultancy capability. Our comprehensive
experience in valuing all types of land and property in a wide range of locations, equips us to
provide high quality advice in the context of Asia’s unique land ownership system. We have
qualified in house Chartered Surveyors who bring a wealth of experience in this field. We are
also able to work in alliance with local valuation companies to provide officially recognized
Asia Pacific valuation reports.
Appraisals are typically offered for internal reference as well as in connection with
acquisitions and dispositions, proposed developments, rent reviews, financing, non-performing
loans and foreclosures.
