We provide strategic advice on complex occupier alternatives, which includes detailed and customized analyses of the financial, accounting and tax implications in support of overall strategy development and implementation. Typically, our analysis focuses on pre-tax and after-tax net present-value cash flows, as well as the earnings impacts of various scenarios under GAAP.

Portfolio Consulting
We help occupiers maximize their real estate and align it to their business through the following services:

Portfolio Diagnostic Analysis – Real estate holdings are analyzed using statistical methodologies to uncover imbedded correlations and significant variances. This allows our clients to proactively identify opportunities, such as conducting realistic cost modeling, to maximize the value of their real estate portfolio.

Consolidation – We uncover realistic consolidation opportunities by analyzing market alternatives in support of our clients' vision. Our process includes establishing a baseline cost for all impacted facilities, identifying logical scenarios, assessing the financial impact of each alternative, and a multivariate sensitivity analysis.
