A proactive campaign to uncover assets within the selected nodes was then undertaken.
Cushman & Wakefield LePage has closed a number of deals with this buyer over the past two years, culminating in the sale of 110 Bloor Street West, an irreplaceable asset in one of Toronto’s most prestigious shopping districts.
